Man, that is a good question! The value of your Hawaiian shirt depends upon alot of things, condition of the shirt, who made it, when it was made, what fabric, and tie-ins.

What's a tie in?

Can your shirt be tied to a popular event (Hula Bowl, Jimmy Buffet Concert)?
Was it actually worn by a tv star ("Magnum P.I.") or used in a movie ("Pearl Harbor" "South Pacific" "Jurrasic Park" "Blue Hawaii" etc)?
Is it about something people collect (Corvettes, Hula dolls)?
Does it have a very popular theme (Ligthouses, WWII Pinups)?

If so, it has a story to tell, and may be worth more.

The one thing that determines the value of a vintage hawaiian shirt is what the market will bear! In other words, it is worth what you can sell it for.

Look at these hawaiian shirts and see what they REALLY sold for, not some out-of-a-hat appraisal value, without alot of reasearch time and it is FREE.
