This
is the shirt I would use to show people what a collectible aloha
shirt should be!
The
print is perfect, no blemishes tears, stains, or holes of any
kind. In fact, it does not appear to have been worn or washed
at all.
From
the pictures below:
1)
The shirt, front.
2) The shirt, back.
3) The pocket matches perfectly to the fabric behind it.
4) Abalone buttons. These are real, there is texture and coloration
of the outside of the shell on the other side of the button. Back
surface varies widely from button to button, this is the real
McCoy!
5) Labels
6) It is so new that the batting is still executed, with an actual
scissor mark. This piece was clearly assembled by a master's hand.
If
anyone has any information about the actual age of this piece,
PLEASE let me know. I have done extensive research, and all I
have been able to learn is that it does not seem to be presently
available from any online store.
Machine
wash cold. No rips, holes, or tears that I can find.
