This
shirt is just handsome. There is a real nice blend of contrast and
softness, such as the
leaves in the print are outlined in thin black lines so they will
stand out crisply, and the flowers
have no outline, and look soft and gentle. Nice eye for design on
this one. The end result, as
all such shirts should be, is to make the wearer beautiful, which
this one will do.
Other
bits and pieces.... the buttons are real wood. The pocket does not
match the pattern
of the fabric behind it (my only criticism). The herringbone weave
is small and tight, and
gives a nice overall effect. Also, and I know this is hard to see
in the photos, the seams
are done in tight to the hems, whichis best seen on the lapels. This
type of sewing
is more common to dress shirts, and gives the edges a clean line.
Machine
wash cold, line dry.
No rips, holes, or tears that I can find.
