"K-MART VINTAGE HAWAIIAN SHIRT"

I got this shirt thinking it was a handmade shirt. They do turn up from time to time,
and it gives my customers the chance to own a shirt that only one in the world exists.
You can see the evidence of hand sewing along many of the seams and hems all
over this shirt. Someone at one time put a great deal of time and effort into keeping
this shirt wearable. Someone wanted and loved it very much. Who am I to let that
simply fall by the wayside? So, I put on replacement buttons (genuine coconut husk),
and spent the better part of a whole Sunday afternoon hemming and sewing this
shirt by hand. If this shirt required that much repair and maintenance from its previous
owners, there can't be many surviving shirts of this pattern and make. Serious
collectors take note: a good collection spans a broad spectrum of availability over
a broad spectrum of time. Yes, this includes discount brands, and possible rarities!
